ACTRESS KIM FIELDS RETURNS TO TELEVISON WITH “HOLIDAY LOVE: RE-IMAGINED” FEATURING TOP GOSPEL ARTISTS

ACTRESS KIM FIELDS RETURNS TO TELEVISON WITH “HOLIDAY LOVE: RE-IMAGINED” FEATURING TOP GOSPEL ARTISTSCelebrate this holiday season with some HOLIDAY LOVE! Veteran actress, Kim Fields, returns to the TV specials genre with an all-new “Holiday Love: Re-Imagined” to air in nationwide syndication this month.

This hilarious one-hour nod to vintage holiday time TV specials is back with music, celebrities and new songs repackaged with clips from the original hit special “Holiday Love.” Quickly becoming a staple program for Christmas, “HolidayLove: Re-Imagined” will air in a nationally syndicated run in over 40 markets starting this weekend December 15th through December 29th. The show will also run on the Dish Network (channel 266), Sky Angel Network (channel 153) and the FAVE (Family Values Network) that will reach over 14 million homes.

Fields is the show’s director, executive producer along with husband, Christopher L. Morgan who co-executive produced. “Holiday Love: Re-Imagined” is full of laughs, music, fun and stars. A perfect show for the whole family to enjoy throughout December including entertaining clips with Kim and her family as they prep for Christmas. The re-imagined program catches Kim stuck in an elevator with the one and only Rickey Smiley (reprising his hilarious role as “The Delivery Man”).

While trapped, Fields reminisces about the all-star holiday party she threw last Christmas. Flashbacks include segments and performances by Yolanda Adams, Smokie Norful, Kenny Lattimore, Wess Morgan, Tye Tribbett and Ledisi. New to the Holiday Love family is NY Times best-selling author Karen Kingsbury and legendary gospel and multiple Grammy award winner Dr. Shirley Caesar who offers a beautiful original ballad.

Fields will extend the Holiday Love brand into music. Working with an amazing team including award-winner Carvin Haggins, “Holiday Love: Re-Imagined” features three original songs all written and produced by Haggins/Ethical Music Entertainment: “Holiday Love,” performed the soulful Jean Baylor; “I’d Rather Be,” sung by the incomparable Ledisi and “Prepared To Care,” by Dr. Caesar.

Fields will also commercially release “Little Drummer Boy,” an exclusive single from Tye Tribbett produced by Haggins, Ivan Barias and JohnnieSmith. The Christmas classic is re-done inTye’s signature way giving it a modern spin. A sure-fire addition to any holiday rotation, the song is available on line now on iTunes, amazon.com and other digital platforms.

This week, fans can find a list of air dates, times and cities, view the “Holiday Love: Re-Imagined” trailer and purchase “Little Drummer Boy,” on www.holidaylove365.com.
