Cedric Ballard Releases Second Single “They That Wait,” from Highly Acclaimed New Album

Cedric Ballard Releases Second Single “They That Wait,” from Highly Acclaimed New AlbumA distinctive message of hope and inspiration comes alive in They That Wait, the second single from Transparency, the debut solo CD from singer, songwriter, worship leader and psalmist Minister Cedric Ballard.

The Houston native has been deputized to minister healing to the people of God through worship. “They That Wait is a scripture collage; as we are recipients of the truth that the words we speak have power, I personally feel the best way to counteract the attacks of the enemy is to align ourselves with the power of God’s Word and then to emphatically declare it,” says Ballard. “You have got to speak it over and over again until the breakthrough comes, and believe me, change will happen, either God will change you to fit you for the circumstance or He will send deliverance, either way, our orders remain, wait on the Lord, be renewed in strength and power, don’t be weary in well doing, those are keys and faith is the victory.”

A modern day Levite. Cedric Ballard touches the hearts of the people through passionate and energetic worship. Moved by the daily news reports of violence affecting youth in the inner city, Cedric Ballard Ministries was created to provide programs and initiatives to impact young people in urban areas.

“As a father with children growing up in this technologically advanced age, I know we need to do everything possible to stay connected to them. Most of the time, young people simply need a listening ear, some motivation and encouragement. Its up to us to show them there is a better way.”

The Transparency movement continues with concerts and worship encounters in cities around the country. His upcoming itinerary includes dates in Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, Nashville, Memphis and Baltimore/Washington.
