The Lighthouse Church to Hold Star-Studded Back to School Drive in Houston City Limits

One of the fastest growing churches in Houston, The Lighthouse Church is holding their annual back to school drive this Sunday, August 16th.

Led by Pastor Keion Henderson the Lighthouse Church has been a difference maker in the Houston suburb of Humble, TX, frequently partnering with the Houston Food Bank (among others) to give to needy families.

Henderson’s Passion for giving, and Gospel music spearheaded the efforts to land Gospel star Earnest Pugh.  Pugh now leads the churches musical department full time as Pastor of Worship.

This tandem will be on full display for this weeks’ service that features Earnest Pugh, national recording artist Shawn McLemore, and the electric Keith Williams.

About The Lighthouse: The Lighthouse Church has quickly grown from holding services in a school auditorium to purchasing a multi-million dollar edifice that holds seats for over 1,000 church-goers.  The Church was birthed in 2009 with just above 100 charter members and has now grown to nearly 4000 members.
