Coming from one of the world’s most secular countries, Connect Worship was birthed out of pastors Anders and Camilla Olsson’s vision for Connect Church, to bring the message of hope and salvation through song.
In 2007, Connect Worship released its first album, Du Är Mitt Enda Hopp (You Are My Only Hope). In the years to follow, the group released two more albums, and they began to gain international attention. By the group’s fourth release in 2015, You Lead Us Home, the album was charting on iTunes in Sweden.
With a hope to reach the masses, Connect Worship continues to create music that transcends the borders of Sweden, including their latest single, released in both Swedish and English, “My King.”
“We believe that what we sing and declare will happen,” says Worship Pastor Daniela Imsen, “that songs from heaven reach beyond our words, deep into the hearts of people, into the depths where only God himself can reach.”
