EARNEST PUGH RELEASES HIGHLY ANTICIPATED NEW CD “THE W.I.N. (WORSHIP IN NASSAU)” THIS WEEK LIVE SET FEATURES SHIRLEY CAESAR AND RANCE ALLEN

EARNEST PUGH RELEASES HIGHLY ANTICIPATED NEW CD “THE W.I.N. (WORSHIP IN NASSAU)” THIS WEEK LIVE SET FEATURES SHIRLEY CAESAR AND RANCE ALLENStellar Award nominated balladeer Earnest Pugh’s highly-anticipated The W.I.N. (Worship In Nassau) Experience” (P-Man Records) CD hits stores everywhere this week.

The soul-stirring eleven song live recording was staged at the Atlantis Hotel in Nassau, Bahamas this past spring and features Pugh’s current Top 15 radio smash “More of You” and cameos by the legendary gospel artists Shirley Caesar and Rance Allen.

After an introduction by syndicated radio host Lonnie Hunter, Pugh opens the set with the electrifying tune “I Praise You” that was written by Myron Williams. Pugh wrote or co-wrote five tracks, including two –up-tempo Caribbean flavored tracks “Everybody Lift Him” that boasts a rugged vocal assist from Angel Davis and the infectious “We Praise You.” He also wrote the dramatic song of praise, “More of You.”

The collection also features the majestic worship ballads “In Your Presence” and Darwin Hobb’s altar call stanza, “The Lord Is Here.” Pugh is joined by Bishop Rance Allen on a D’Angelo-styled remake of Twinkie Clark’s “All Things Through Christ.”

There’s a special thirteen minute “O’landa Draper Tribute Medley” that spotlights Shirley Caesar on “Never Stop Praising Him,” Vincent Tharpe & Kenosis on “My Soul Doth Magnify The Lord” and LeJuene Thompson on “Stand Up.” Michelle Prather’s sultry voice blends well with Pugh on the showstopper “Just When I Need Him Most” and its Pentecostal reprise “Step Right In.”

The album concludes with a studio version of Pugh’s collaboration with J. Moss and his PAJAM production team.
