2018 is a year of new beginnings for the New Light Church family located in Houston, TX.

During their New Year’s Eve Service, Bishop IV Hilliard & Pastor Bridget Hilliard passed the baton to daughter Dr. Irishea Hilliard.

This marks the launch of a new era for New Light Church, and it’s the first time an African American woman will lead a 20,000+ congregation.

Dr. Irishea was named senior pastor of New Light Christian Church, a mega-church with multiple locations throughout the Houston TX area.
