Welch is redefining the worship experience with The Worship Culture Tour, a transformative two-day gathering that invites participants from all backgrounds to engage in authentic, community-centered worship.
Known for her globally recognized Choir Rehearsal segments and gospel hit “Open the Eyes of My Heart,” Welch has cultivated a worship movement that reaches far beyond traditional church walls. This summer and fall, she brings that movement to life in seven cities across the United States. Designed for all those seeking a deeper spiritual connection, the Worship Culture Tour offers an immersive weekend experience rooted in worship, education, and fellowship.
“I truly believe that worship is for more than just the singer and more than just music,” said Welch. “It is meant to reflect our understanding and surrender to the One whose mercy and love gave us a fresh start and life everlasting through the work on the cross. When we think of worship in that way, we begin to understand that it’s not just something we sing. It becomes a part of our everyday lives.”
Each tour stop includes a two-part experience: a Friday Night Worship Gathering and Saturday’s Worship Culture Boot Camp. The Friday session offers a powerful, music-driven worship encounter, while Saturday features interactive sessions including vocal instruction, practical guidance, and an open Q&A designed for anyone seeking to grow in worship and carry it into everyday life and community.
Welch’s impact on gospel music continues to grow. Her 2024 project, ONE: Live in Atlanta, has garnered over 11 million audio streams and more than 6.3 million YouTube views in less than a year. The album’s standout track, “How Much More,” became a viral sensation on TikTok and Instagram, demonstrating her ability to blend traditional gospel roots with modern digital culture. A Billboard-charting artist, Welch has been nominated for the 2025 Stellar Award for Praise and Worship Album of the Year, further solidifying her place in the next generation of influential gospel artists.
The tour opens in Washington, DC, at The Gathering Place, with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. Registered attendees will experience a weekend of meaningful connection, spiritual growth, and dynamic worship designed to leave a lasting impact on their ministries and communities.
