Stellar Awards nominee and former member and lead singer of the Chicago Mass Choir Lemmie Battles, is making a statement with her new offering, “I Survived it.”
Lemmie humbly asked songwriter Tim White to write her a song about the things she has been facing, addressing her personal trials regarding her health, such as being a three-time cancer survivor, and other family matters.
Now with the song recorded, Lemmie is boldly declaring that she survived it all. This song will surely turn heads, open ears, soften hearts and encourage others, because with the help of the Lord, they can survive it also; whatever it is!
