
The Word Network, the world’s largest African American religious network, will exclusively broadcast the homegoing service for legendary singer, songwriter, and trailblazer Angie Stone.
A homegoing service will take place at the Word of Faith Cathedral in Austell, Georgia, officiated by Bishop E. Dewey Smith. A public viewing is scheduled on Saturday from 12 to 2 p.m., at First Nazareth Baptist Church in Angie’s hometown of Columbia, South Carolina and a special homegoing celebration will follow featuring special guest speakers and musical tributes from Tyler Perry, Anthony Hamilton, Kirk Franklin, Tamela Mann, Musiq Soulchild and many more.
