Churches Across California Join Baptize California for Statewide Baptism Event, Highlighted by Major Ceremony at Huntington Beach
Baptize California is preparing for its 2024 event, with the goal of hosting the largest synchronized water baptism in history. Building on the tremendous success of last year’s Baptize SoCal, which witnessed over 4,100 individuals baptized at Pirate’s Cove, the organization is once again bringing together churches across the state for this significant event scheduled on Sunday, May 19th, 2024.

You may have seen the video floating around of the pre-mature baby lifting her hands in the posture of worship while her mother Cristin Ware sings to her, but there’s a lot more to the story! The baby was born after just 28 weeks of pregnancy. The little miracles name is Ariyah Danae Ware, born March 3, 2020.
