Fellowship of Churches. James Dixon, II is sharing his model for ministry with other churches nationwide. Through the formation of Kingdom Builders Fellowship, James Dixon is leading other godly pastors to expand the reach of their local church to include academic, community development, and housing opportunities. In December 2003, James Dixon was formally elected as Bishop of Kingdom Builders Fellowship, which now consists of more than sixty churches.
Touching Lives Worldwide. In 1992, James Dixon formed James Dixon Ministries, a non-profit, evangelistic organization committed to spreading the Gospel message worldwide. James Dixon Ministries produces a broadcast ministry, Faith Force, which airs four days a week. Under the direction of Bishop Dixon, this ministry is also driving a mission effort in Uganda, Africa. The Uganda Mission Projectseeks to bring the uncompromised Gospel message to this largely unsaved population and ultimately reproduce the Community of Faith ministry model through the construction of The Community of Faith – Uganda sanctuary, school, and clinic.
James W. E. Dixon, II is a native Houstonian, born on November 12, 1962. He wed the former Tanisha Lemelle on September 14, 2002. This marked the beginning of their new season together along with daughters Mariah Nicole and Victoria Elyse. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oikodome School of Biblical Studies and has done extensive study at the Houston Graduate School of Theology. He also attended classes at Houston Baptist University and Texas Southern University where he was a member of the internationally acclaimed debate team led by the renowned T. F. Freeman. In addition to his most important role as Pastor, he is also ChairmanCEO of Kingdom Communications, Inc., a comprehensive marketing, public speaking, event planning, and consulting firm.
