This Weeks Billboard Top Gospel CDs: ‘K.B.’ Holds on to #1, While Mary Mary Gives Chase

After making a #1 debut on Billboard’s Gospel Albums chart last week, Reach Records artist KB remains at the top with his new album, Weight & Glory.

Mary Mary holds on to the #2 spot, while Amber Bullock fell sharply going from #3 to #21 this week.  We’re not sure exactly sure what caused the sharp decline in the former Sunday Best winners sells, but we suspect she’ll reach the top 10 again with this project. Read the full post »

This Weeks Billboard Top Gospel CDs: Gospel Rapper ‘K.B.’ Debuts at #1, Mary Mary Bumped to #2

Congratulations to Gospel rapper ‘K.B.’ who debuts his new project at #1 on the Billboard Gospel charts.  ‘K.B.’ is reportedly only the second Christian rapper to debut at #1.  The other being LeCrae, who owns the record label ‘K.B.’ is signed to.  Gospel rap continues to prove that there is a market for their music.

Mary Mary falls to #2, and Amber Bullock is #3 after two weeks on the charts.   Read the full post »
