Grammy® nominated, artist Sheri Jones-Moffett is off to a bright start in 2013 with the release of her new single, ‘SHINE’. Jones-Moffett, the soul-stirring lead singer of the number one gospel song, Encourage Yourself, written by music icon Donald Lawrence, is positioned to soar to the top of the charts with her latest vocal delivery.
Her first album, Renewed, earned her a much-deserved Grammy® nomination. This current project, produced by Grammy® Award winner Myron Butler, is expected to raise the bar even higher and deliver gospel music at its best.
Recorded LIVE in Sheri’s hometown of Memphis TN, ‘SHINE’ is the first single of Jones-Moffett’s sophomore album, Power and Authority: Live in Memphis. Life has been a true teacher for Sheri, learning to not allow unpleasant circumstances to alter the true meaning and purpose for her life. As Moffett sings, “Opposition, contradiction tries it’s best to get in your way.
