For more than a decade, singer, songwriter, worship leader and psalmist Cedric Ballard has operated in the Levitical anointing, leading congregations both great and small to experience the beauty of worship and the power of praise. Today, the Houston native is preparing for the release of Transparency, his long awaited CD debut.
Ballard’s single, My Praise Belongs to You, sent to radio at the beginning of May was birthed during a time of intercession and personal worship. With a testimony fortified by the trials, tragedies and triumphs of everyday life, Cedric Ballard unashamedly stands ready, open and yielded with an intentional purpose to honor God, using his gifts and talents to bring people to more everyday God encounters, encouraging the Body of Christ to stand fast in the faith and be renewed in strength and compel the lost to come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior via a personal relationship.
Houston’s Greater Grace Church will serve as the host venue for a very special night of Worship and the official Transparency CD release concert on Saturday, May 30th with the CD will hitting digital outlets on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. Ballard will tour selected cities in support of the CD’s release with additional dates to be announced mid June.
