Well we finally found out that Tyler Perry’s new show, affectionately called “The Tyler Perry Show,” will indeed be a talk show.
With the game show rumors thrown out, Tyler released a little teaser of some of the interviews you can expect to see when it airs on the OWN network. Perry is starting with the cast members of his drama series, “The Haves and the Have Nots.” The show premieres Feb. 25 at 10 PM EST.
No word yet on if this is a permanent thing for Perry, but it’s hard to believe that his elaborate set was built just for three episodes of the hyped talk show.
Tyler added, “Right after the heart-stopping show tonight, I’m doing a very special Tyler Perry Show. There will be only three episodes of this for the next three weeks. I’ll be talking to the cast of ‘The Haves and the Have Nots’ as well as talking about my new movie, The Single Moms Club. I sure hope you are planning on hanging with me tonight to watch both. I can’t wait to hear from you. You know you’re the real critics.”
