Award winning Gospel artist Fred Hammond is gearing up for his Off Broadway theatrical debut performance in JD Lawrence’s CAIN & ABLE.
JD Lawrence’s CAIN & ABLE (inspired by actual events) is the sinisterly entertaining story of two brothers, the arrogant and tenacious Cain (Two-Time Telly award winner JDLawrence) and the modest Able (Multi-Grammy award winner Fred Hammond), who are both left half of their father’s fortune. However, in order to get their hands on the money, the two, along with their spouses, must spend the entire weekend together at their father’s estate and reconcile their differences.
In the course of their intervention, secrets are revealed and old feelings come back as Cain and Able learn they’re more alike than they think they are.
