The Dallas Morning News is reporting that the first of two Oprah’s Lifeclass episodes taped in Dallas during Bishop T.D. Jakes’ MegaFest was the No. 1 telecast in series history among women ages 25-54 in total viewers.
The show garnered 687,000 total viewers. That episode aired on Sunday, Sept. 8; the second show taped in Dallas will air at 8 p.m./Cst. Sept. 15.
OWN delivered its highest rated week in network history for the week of Sept. 2.
Oprah is becoming a must-see again, and you can thank Bishop TD Jakes, Tyler Perry, and other preachers like Joel Osteen. Ironically, it’s guests that are full of faith that are catapulting Oprah’s network to success.
