THICKER THAN WATER co-stars Ben and Jewel Tankard recently attended the premiere of Bishop T.D. Jakes’ feature film BLACK NATIVITY. The Tankard’s are endorsing Jakes and encouraging fans to get out and see the holiday movie which opens after Thanksgiving on November 27 across the nation. Black Nativity features Forest Whitaker, Angela Bassett, Tyrese Gibson, Mary J. Blige and Jennifer Hudson.
The Billboard Gospel charts perhaps saw its biggest shake-up of the year this week. Gospel rap artist Lecrae goes straight to #1 after the release of his new mixtape Church Clothes 2. Even though the mixtape is available FREE, the non-D.J. version of the album still sold over $15,000 units!
