Dove Award-nominated band PRESS PLAY have announced an October 1st release for their highly anticipated new album #LITO on DREAM Records.
#LITO, the follow up to their highly successful, World Anthem andNY2LA albums will accompany the release with an outpour of contributions from their fans.
The band also announces the “#LITO – Love In The Open” Contest at: www.ThisIsPressPlay.com. Fans can participate by uploading photos and videos of them showing what they love and what love means to them. PRESS PLAY will then choose their favorite pictures from fans uploads to create their new album artwork and their favorite videos from fans uploads to make an official fan lyric / music video. All entries will be put in a drawing where the uploader contestant will WIN aFREE iPad Mini – Pre-loaded with PRESS PLAY’s new album #LITO before the album is released.

With the concept of the album along with the contest , #LITO is a hopeful project full of songs ranging from the up tempo self-titled cut, “#LITO” to the slower yet hugely emotional, “Songs For The Broken”. PRESS PLAY recorded the album in Minneapolis, MN, where the group teamed up with producer, David Thulin, who also worked on World Anthem.
