Phillip Carter and SOV “Live From Zion” includes 16 tracks featuring Carter on lead vocals and the soulful anointed voices of the Sounds of Victory choir. The songs are timeless classic songs of worship that are re-birthed with Carter’s musical styling.
Carter is an internationally known artist, producer, songwriter, preacher and clinician. Sounds of Victory Ministries was organized in 1997 by Phillip Carter and features many gifted and anointed musicians and vocalists from the Washington Metropolitan area. They continue to minister as SOV extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Europe and have recorded five CD projects. He is the Co-Founder of the Independent Gospel Artists Alliance Conference founded in 2010 and currently teaches Music and Computer Technology in the Fairfax County, Va. Public School System.
