The new Gospel group Grace debuted their new self-titled album “Grace” at #1, ahead of some Gospel mainstays this week. Grace sold 1,967 units to edge out the compilation project sonFLO Presents: Bring Back The Hymns who landed at #2 with 1,797 units sold. Donnie McClurkin comes in at #3 with his new album “The Journey.” The Soundtrack for the TV show Greenleaf debuted at #6. The show airs on Oprah’s OWN Network and features notable Gospel singers on the project.
In the world of Gospel radio, the most played song belongs to Hezekiah Walker with “Better.” Jekalyn Carr’s song “You’re Bigger” is at #2.
On the Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) side of things, the best-selling album belongs to Michael Sweet with his new album “One Sided War.” Skillet falls to #2 with “Unleashed.”
In CCM radio the most played song is “Eye of the Storm” by Ryan Stevenson.
