Hezekiah Walker Celebrates #1 Debut with “Azusa The Next Generation 2-Better”Multiple GRAMMY® Award Winning Gospel Music Hall of Famer Hezekiah Walker, celebrates another hit debut across Billboard platforms with the release of his new album Azusa The Next Generation 2-Better.

The critically acclaimed release landed a #1 debut on Billboard’s Current Gospel Albums chart,a #3 debut on Billboard’s Top Christian & Gospel Albums chart, and across genres on the Independent Albums chart at #6. His timely single “Better,” has maintained the #1 position on the Billboard Gospel Airplay chart for ten consecutive weeks.

In addition, “Better” has dominated the Billboard Gospel Digital Songs chart for three consecutive weeks. His album also makes impactful debuts on the Top Current Albums chart at #26 and the Current Digital Albums at #60.Azusa The Next Generation 2-Better enters the Billboard 200 chart at #88.

With over 30 years in the music industry and 15 chart-topping releases, the popular WLIB Radio personality and spiritual leader Hezekiah Walker, partnered with longtime collaborator Donald Lawrence, to produce an album that addresses social issues and provide motivation and encouragement to listeners.
