BREAKING NEWS: Sunday Best Finalist Dontavies Boatwright Passes Away at 33


Dontavies-Boatwright_GloryToGlory-itunesSunday Best Season two finalist Dontavies Boatwright passed away today.

Boatwright, 33, died of a heart attack this morning. He collapsed after complaining of chest pains, and paramedics were unable to revive him.

The news comes as a shock to fans and the Gospel community, as a young Dontavies was preparing for the release of his new album scheduled to hit stores in the fall of 2013. Continue reading

 Traveling to different areas of the country is always a joy for the group Soul Tempo, no matter if its East, West, North or South, each time is special for them.

President Obama Re-Elected for Second Term – America’s Decision Leaves Both Candidates Expressing the Role of Faith in the Coming Months


ObamaPresident Obama was re-elected for a second term last night, and an exuberant base of supporters dreamed of progress in the coming four years.

Obama’s acceptance speech, and Romney’s concession speech had under-tones of faith and hope as they expressed a willingness to work with each other in Obama’s second term.

TONEX Says People are Born Homosexual & Call Him B-Slade


B-SladeThe Path MEGAzine catches up with the artist formerly known as TONEX. He is now going by the name B-Slade. B-Slade graciously grants us an interview after stepping off the stage of the Bonnerfied Radio’s anniversary celebration at the 26th annual Stellar Awards.

The performance would be the largest public performance that B-Slade has done since announcing that he was gay on the now cancelled Lexi Show. You could tell that the interview, and the controversy was still fresh on B-Slade’s mind, as he changed the lyrics of his hit song “The Trust Theory” to include not speaking with Kirk Franklin in about 6 years and dropping Lexi’s name later in the next sentence.  Continue reading
