No Joke Entertainment and The Assignment Agency announced this week that Christian Comedian Akintunde will make an appearance on TBN’s Praise The Lord on Tuesday October 29th (9 PM EST) before kicking off the second leg of his 2013 Rebirth Of Comedy Tour in Stuart Florida on Friday November 6th at CITY CHURCH.
The 20 year comedy veteran is touring in support of his DVD and TV Special AKINTUNDE LIVE: THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH & NOTHING BUT which is headed for a cable television debut and a national retail release in early 2014. Fresh off recent appearances at Mega Fest 2013, The Gathering 2013, and recently signing a national television and distribution agreement with indie distributor, E-One, Akintunde will follow up his TBN appearance with an upcoming appearance on the Bounce TV stand up comedy series, Off The Chain. The P.T.L. telecast also features fellow Christian Comedians Chanitta Morris, Tyson, with comedian John Gray as Host. Psalmist Vicki Yohe and Birmingham’s Pastor Steve Green of More Than Conquerors Faith Church.
