On August 18th, Tyscot recording artist Danetra Moore will reunite with fellow BET’s Sunday Best contestants and winners to headline Gospel Day at the Indiana State Fair.
Organized by Rodnie Bryant, ‘Gospel Day’ is been a staple at the Fair for a few years and has become a popular concert event. This year, attendees will not only be treated to talented local acts but also to a mini Sunday Best reunion. The gospel singing competition show has grown in popularity since it first aired on BET in 2009. It has been the launching pad for several of gospel’s newest standouts.
As a top finalist during Season 5, Moore garnered favorable attention from judges and fans alike for her powerful, soulful and jazzy vocals ability. This Sunday, she’ll share the stage again with some of her Season 5 cohorts including top 10 finalist Michael Lampkin, the winner Joshua Rodgers as well as season 4 winner Amber Bullock.

Gospel Day will be held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds ( located 1202 E. 38th St.) and will run from 3p.m. – 9:30p.m. The concert is free with paid admission to the Indiana State Fair.
